  • I have a party coming up, but I only need Santa for about 15 minutes. Is it still $125?
    Yes! Although it may seem like it's only 15 minutes, Santa prepares ahead of time and afterwards to ensure that your experience is the best it can be! Each visit is customized based on your event and participants.
  • What does a Home Visit look like?
    Great Question! Prior to your event, we contact you for details on who will be there, what you expect and want, duration of the event, and location. Santa takes this information and crafts an experience which may include storytelling, sing along, individual meetings with children or families, time for photos (using your preferred device), and gifting your provided gifts. This typically lasts about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the size of your group.
  • Do you offer Non-profit discounts?
    Each event is reviewed for duration, expectations, and fundraising goals. We will work with you on a quote based on that information.
  • Are you available at shops, restaurants, or other retails places?
    Yes! These are usually a lot of fun and a great promotion for the retail facility! To discuss this option, please use the "Contact Us" form or give us a call to discuss availability and pricing.
  • What guarantee do I have with an in-person visit?
    Great question! Once a date has been decided, we will send you a contract to review outlining the entire visit including total payment, deposits, refunds, and any other details. This will need to be completed prior to your date being officially secured. Generally, we request a deposit upon signing the contract. Deposits are non-refundable after November 1, regardless of when the event will take place. Final payment is due the day of the event, prior to the visit beginning. Payments can be made via cash, Paypal, or Square. However, should you have a scheduling conflict that you realize prior to the event, we will work with you on a plan to reschedule without loosing your deposit. If you cancel or are unable to reschedule, the deposit is nonrefundable.
  • When can I have an eVisit?
    All year round! EVisits are flexible and can be in any time zone, country, or time of year!
  • How much do eVisit sessions cost?
    Sessions begin at $48.95. Each session is designed for a maximum of two children. If you would like to have more children or more time, contact us to schedule a special session.
  • How long is a session?
    Sessions are approximately 10 minutes. This is the main reason that sessions are limited to two children and why we ask for so many details beforehand. We want your experience to be magical. If you would like more time, have more children, and have further questions, Contact Us
  • Why are there only two children allowed?
    We've all become masters with Zoom these days! And one thing we've noticed, is that communication can be difficult when too many people are talking at one time! To make your session the best it can be, we ask for a limit of two children per session so that we can give each child the attention they so much deserve!   • What is your refund policy?
    Cancellations are processed with a full refund when notice is given one week prior to your appointment. If scheduling is an issue, we can work with you on rescheduling in order to offer you the best Christmas experience.
  • What if I miss my appointment?
    Although we we understand that life happens (especially these days), we do not offer reschedules or refunds for missed appointments. If you find you have a scheduling conflict after you have booked your appointment, contact us! We will work with you prior to your original appointment time to ensure your Christmas experience is complete!
  • What platform do you use?
    All of our eVisits are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a link to join prior to your scheduled appointment. Please make sure you have downloaded Zoom prior to your appointment.
  • Are sessions available in a language other than English?
    At this time, we are only able to offer sessions in English.
  • Is there anything I should know to make my child's experience extra special?
    Yes! These simple tips can help you prepare your child for his or her meeting with Santa. Schedule your session when your child is normally active, but not when they usually eat or take a nap. Review the information you shared with us. Discuss with your child ahead of time what to expect: a video call with Santa! Discuss with your child the basics of Zoom etiquette: Listen & Engage with One Another, Speak Clearly, Stay In the Camera, Try Not to Shout.
  • I'm ready for my appointment. What do I do?
    Great! After you've prepared your child(ren) for the visit, set up your device in a well lit area, preferably with no light directly behind you. Open your device and select the Zoom link provided to you by Adventures with Santa. You can do this 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. Make sure your camera, microphone, and speaker are working! That's it!
  • How do I get my recording?
    Following your visit, the staff will prepare your recorded session so that you will be able to download it. These sessions are not kept more than 15 days. Please ensure that you download it as soon as possible. It's your experience to keep and remember!
